Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service govern the purchase of womenswear products from Hiu Fung Limited through wgebsweater.com. By accessing wgebsweater.com, creating an account, or placing an order, you accept these Terms of Service in full. If you do not accept these Terms of Service, you must not use wgebsweater.com or purchase products from Hiu Fung Limited.
Eligibility and Account Registration
You must be at least eighteen years of age to place an order on wgebsweater.com. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and at checkout, and to keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account.
Products and Availability
All womenswear products displayed on wgebsweater.com are subject to availability. Product photographs and measurements are provided to represent garment color, fabric, and cut accurately. Hiu Fung Limited reserves the right to limit order quantities, withdraw any product from sale, and correct pricing or product information before an order is dispatched.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and exclude duties or taxes imposed by your destination jurisdiction. Payment must be completed in full before an order is dispatched. Accepted payment methods are presented at checkout and include major credit cards and PayPal.
Shipping and Delivery
Orders are dispatched to the shipping address you provide at checkout. Hiu Fung Limited is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities, carrier disruption, or incorrect address details supplied by you. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery of the order to the carrier.
Returns and Refunds: 14 days No-Reason Policy
Hiu Fung Limited operates a strict 14 days no-reason refund policy. You may request a refund for any eligible womenswear item within 14 days of the date of receipt, without providing a reason. To exercise this right, you must submit your refund request to [email protected] within 14 days of receipt. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and have all original tags attached. Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage occurring after delivery do not qualify. Return shipping costs are borne by you unless the item is confirmed as damaged or defective. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Refund Processing Time
Refund processing and arrival of the funds in your account takes at least 14 days. The processing period begins on the date Hiu Fung Limited approves the refund request and covers inspection of the returned item and execution of the refund transaction. The refunded amount reaches your account no earlier than 14 days after approval. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the funds to your statement. You acknowledge and accept that the total period between submitting a refund request and receiving the funds is at least 14 days.
PayPal Refunds
Refunds issued to a PayPal account take at least 14 days from the date Hiu Fung Limited approves the refund request. Due to local laws, PayPal refunds in some regions may take up to 30 days. You acknowledge and accept that PayPal refunds processed in those regions are subject to a maximum processing period of 30 days, and that Hiu Fung Limited cannot shorten this period.
Damaged or Defective Items
Any claim for a damaged or defective item must be submitted within exactly 7 days of receipt. You must send your claim to [email protected] within exactly 7 days of receipt and attach photographs showing the damage or defect together with your order number. Claims submitted after exactly 7 days from receipt cannot be accepted. Confirmed claims are resolved by replacement or refund, and any resulting refund follows the processing timelines stated in these Terms of Service.
Intellectual Property
All content published on wgebsweater.com, which comprises text, photographs, graphics, logos, and product descriptions, is owned by Hiu Fung Limited or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, republish, or commercially exploit this content without prior written permission from Hiu Fung Limited.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Hong Kong law, Hiu Fung Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of wgebsweater.com or from the purchase of any product. The total liability of Hiu Fung Limited for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to that claim.
Account Termination
Hiu Fung Limited may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms of Service, misuse wgebsweater.com, or submit fraudulent refund claims. You may close your account at any time by contacting [email protected].
Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them are governed exclusively by Hong Kong law. The courts of Hong Kong hold exclusive jurisdiction over all such disputes.

Hiu Fung Limited may amend these Terms of Service at any time. Amended Terms of Service take effect upon publication on wgebsweater.com. Your continued use of wgebsweater.com after publication constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms of Service.
